Our 24/7 Operational Management Center  provides security and fire system management. Supporting the center are the Honor Engineers and Emergency Response Teams. This allows our Clients 24/7 support for any real or perceived threat.

The Operations Center has three major roles every twenty four hours. The first is to monitor our Clients Locations for any alert to possible problem areas. The second to detect any Threat in  motion and the third to dispatch the necessary response teams to the scene.

Our Operations Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is staffed by bilingual personnel that provide daily and emergency support to our Clients and their families.

Our Security Specialists are constantly reporting via multiple communications means; road and traffic conditions at a national level and any security incidents that may affect our clients’ operations or way of life.

Through highly coordinated and effective Operational management, our Emergency Response Teams respond to any Client emergency, real or perceived within minutes of receiving the distress call. These teams are present in all major cities where we operate throughout Colombia. We offer;
